Do Not Get Fnb Connect Cell Phone

Fnb Connect After I Received my Cell phone from them they Changed my debit order to 18 of every month ,I get paid on the 25 of every month so debit didn't go off for 3 months I phoned them 4 times to change the date after 6 months they did Account after that has been paid for 1 year after that now with the lockdown I do not receive any income Fnb Connect keeps on phoning for those three months payments I can explain I do not have funds they said they don't care where is there money That's not all in South Africa no Support for the cell phone mine packed up 8 months ago Charging port Faulty ,I asked them only thing they would do give me a repaired Second hand phone for exchange and I must pay R1500 for it for a repair would cost at any repair shop about R200 And I do not receive any data or airtime from them they deduct every month there excuse is I am behind so they will deduct my money and until I am up to date I will not receive any airtime at all

Futher more if u try to phone them they are rude not helpful at all even the bank manager at fnb Lambton agreed I asked him to phone and help me
