DO NOT GET AN FNB SIMCARD - THEY ***** YOUR MONEY

In November 2017 I signed up for FNB Connect, after a proper sales pitch from a sales rep. On 11 Jan 2018, R89 was deducted from my bank account, I still have not received anything... So on the 15th I try t contact FNB, but it took me 10 phonecalls, and numoures emails to get to the right person. After a frustrating conversation, I was informed that the sim was delivered to a complete stranger, and that they will send me a new one. On Jan 30 2018, I received my sim, after 4 consecutive tries by the courier, and apologies for not delivering the dates they was suppose to. Took the simcard I received, and followed the instruction as per the booklet and activated it online, only to realize that the simcard I now activated was the one previously delivered to a wrong address. Immediately R360.67 was deducted from my account. Again, I cannot use anything on FNB connect. So I started calling, again numourus phone calls, turns out, I need to go to a branch to get a new sim, delivery is charged twice, and I still cannot make a ****** phone call. All in all, I think it's fair if I want to cancel everything, and request FNB to pay back R449.67 (R89+R360.67) as this was deducted from my account, without me having the use of a single cent worth of FNB connect service or product!
