Do not fix it if it works with another BANK

I have been locked into a process after a divorce to transfer two properties from Both individuals to mine only as per the settlement. One property is in Gauteng (primary residence) and the second in KZN. What then happened is I received an offer on the Gauteng property and sold it. It has been a long drawn out process to get the properties registered. The Pretoria property registered last week. The KZN proerty is not yet registered. I have started a building project for a new house and now it is Critically important that the new property also registers for me to obtain pre approved money from FNB to pay the Building Contracting company. The New property cannot register because the KZN proerty must register first and now its in fact last. My personal banker CANNOT get to see the Credit people in Pretoria Private Wealth because there is Only one person available and this person is to busy to just give permission to register the new property as its is ready to lodge for registration. What service is this..? In the meantime I have paid the first Draw out of my funds. I request URGENT attention to this issue in order to lodge for registration of the new property.
