DO NOT EXPECT SERVICE FROM FNB
PLEASE DON'T REQUEST ANYTHING FROM FNB ON SECURE CHAT, AND DON'T CALL THEIR CONTACT LINE, JUST AS PATHETIC AS THEY JUST TRANSFER YOU BUT DROP YOUR CALL...... ALL MY PERSONAL BANKING AND ALOT OF MY COMPANIES RESIDE WITH FNB, I THINK I'LL START LOOKING AT CAPITEC, FNB JUST DOES NOT ANSWER YOUR CALLS NOR DO THEY RESPOND TO SECURE CHAT REQUESTS.

Then i would have already joined and received my new device from Capitec, seems like FNB does not understand customer service, take a page from Capitec and learn about service FNB!!!!!

02 Dec 2025, 11:00So almost a week later (6 days) after a call from Pontsho Mosebi, Business banking I receive an email. This is absolute shocking service!!!!
It's very clear that she did not follow my instructions nor did what I ask of her
I will revert my company business accounts to Capitec, they have actual service and deliver.
FNB has indicated and prove to my now what they are not interested in my business nor building a relationship with me.
