Do not ever take a funeral policy with FNB. They dont care

Do not take a funeral policy with FNB. My late brother had a funeral policy with FNB. I claimed on tuesday, its now friday an im getting the run around. No one has called me back as promised. Ive made about 20 calls to them, no one can give me solid feedback or turn around time. I need to burry my brother tomorrow and and i thought that is why you take a funeral policy, to be able to bury someone without the financial stress , and thats all ive recieved from FNB
