Do NOT ever sign up to FNB CONNECT, YOU WILL REGRET IT!
BEWARE THE ****** CALLED FNB CONNECT!
After more than a year of PATHETIC service, terrible connectivity, a year with not a single response to my endless requests to refund my data and airtime which disappeared, 2 monthly data bundles that I never recieved but was was debited for, **** to by the sales person who told me calls to FNB Connect helpline would be free and now I am being charged to listen to my own voice mails!
YOU GUYS ARE CRAZY, GIVE ME MY CELLC PREPAID BACK NOW!
IM POSTING THIS ON SOCIAL MEDIA TOO SEEING AS YOU CHOOSE TO IGNORE ALL OF MY EMAILS AND NO ONE IN THE CALL CENTRES CAN HELP ME.
PATHETIC SERVICE FNB, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR SELVES!!
