DO NOT do your passport through FNB.

FNBs passport service is a complete an utter joke. I have had 2 appointments canceled. They have done absolutely nothing to help me either time, just say "oh no you are going to have to book another appointment, earliest one available is in a month". Not to mention the home affairs representative accused me of lying and stubbornly stuck to his assumption without listening to a word I said. Thank you for wasting my time.
