Do not bother to bank with FNB

What a ridiculous bank to bank with! After 3 branch visits and countless online support requests, I am still unable to view and transact on our online banking profile. Never mind the FNB banking app, that seems to be totally impossible and unfortunately staff members assisting you, do not know how to fix this. They then have the audacity asking you to rate their service! We are sent back and forth, with no solution. Beyond rediculous!
