DO NOT BANK WITH FNB, YOU'LL BE FRUSTRATED MORE THAN ANYTHING.

I regret ever opening a business account with FNB. They look like the kind of bank that would attend to your query in no time, but every attempt I have made for assistance has fallen on deaf ears. I cannot make online purchases with my business account to any South African merchant!!! What nonsense is that? I just want to close this damn account as soon as the Lockdown is over. The last thing you need when there's a pandemic and you need to stay home, is a useless bank! Sheesh!
