DO NOT BANK WITH FNB! YOU HAVE LOST A GOOD CLIENT.

So FNB charges you R100. 00 for every debit order that goes unpaid, they cannot stop a service provider from debitting your account if they change their reference number and the service provider will be able to debit your account as long as they want. That's the exact words I've recieved from a previous complaint. Fnbs argument was why didn't I read the pricing plan which was not explained to me when signing with them. I have requested for the recording but till now I still have no response from them. It's sad that while we are trying to save every cent we have Fnb trying to make a quick buck!!
