Do not bank with FNB

Been trying to get hold of anyone who could help me at the call centre. I just get pushed from department to department and the longer it takes, the more the call is costing me. when asked if I could be called back as the process has taken over 20 mins, I am told "we are busy, we can't call you back". I have had enough of these clowns holding my money and making me jump through hoops to get anything done. Time to switch and save. Good riddance FNB!
