Do not bank with FNB

Extremely appalled at your customer services, I am a client for many years and the service I get from you guys is absolutely disappointing, I’ve never wanted to go this far by writing a review but you’ve pushed me to this point. If you are an existing client I would advise you to consider changing banks because down the line when it happens to you, you will regret not taking this advice. I am definitely going to be changing my bank soon, tired of having to run around after you guys who never want to help, you just want to get a query out the way without knowing if your customer is happy with the way you resolved it. Your chat service is also pathetic and does not help at all so you rather remove that, you guys don’t answer emails as well and to think by emailing complaints you would get help, they don’t even respond...
