Do not bank with FNB.
If you are reading this review, please save yourself some time, patience and frustration by banking with another bank. FNB is by far the most useless bank I have ever come across. Their customer support is unhelpful at best, their websites are shabby (I say this because somehow my account was missing tabs that it should've had but did not, do not ask me or FNB how cause neither of us know). FNB also has a habit of taking their time to get back to you and that's IF they decide to get back to you. I will be cancelling my FNB account and I hope you do so to.
