DO NOT BANK WITH FNB

Last week I decided to close my investment accounts with FNB, purely for the fact that they don't give a flying ****. Their customer service is poor and the only way to get things done is to complain on HelloPeter.

Last week and Thursday I sent a request to close my Share Saver and two investment accounts.

The ShareSaver team contacted me and told me I need to sell everything only and then transfer. Okay, I am trying to get that to work as I don't have a transactional account with them.

However, their investment team is another nightmare all on its own. Firstly, their email responses are non-existent and you wait for hell knows how long on their call just to be told to send an email.

If you're reading this DO NOT BANK WITH FNB. Their sales and offers sounds good but you'll have grey hair within a week.
