Do not answer their phone

I have been trying to contact FNB telephonically, which is hopeless. One is either cut off or no one answers! I cannot believe how incomopetent they are in doing business with them. I opened a Money Maximiser and they have put my incorrect address on the Statement, despite me having called in at the bank to do the transaction. They have my address on my other accounts correctly. Surely they can get this small thing right? After all they are handling my funds!
