Do better??

I had a complaint about this bank last month. I am back again! Debit orders that are supposed to go off on the 1st of every month only went off today…FNB is charging me R105 for “unpaid funds” of R6 456.00 but i have R6 700 available balance now in my account after all debited orders went through. This is really annoying to say the least.
