Dividend tax problem still not solved

I was asked, by FNB, to complete extra forms and have done so to try and solve the extra tax problem. Now the resolution lady is apparently out of office for a few weeks and the extra forms are now not getting any attention. Meanwhile I am still paying the extra tax. Not very professional.
