Distressed Home Loan - told to wait 4 working days almost 2 weeks ago, not answering phones

Morning I submitted my distressed home loan application 31 March and I was told that FNB would get back to me within 4 working days. It is now 11 April and I have heard no word. Moreover their home loan phones are not being answered and customers cannot leave messages.Please confirm when FNB will be able to get back to me with respect to my distressed loan application which is 7 days overdue. Clearly the 4 days to get back to me was an untruth. Thanks in advance Justin
