Distasteful!!!

On Friday, 30/08/2024, I reported to FNB Legal that I am being threatened and intimidated and I fear for my life. I provided the full names of the perpetrator and where he works only to be told that my calom has no basis because I do not have written or audio proof. This perpetrator is known to me and my husband, therefore according to MOSHE (service advisor), "he does not see the reason why someone known to my husband would want to hurt me" . He further requested my husband's number to verify "something" before he can proceed, to date there has been no progress. He promised to call me on Monday with feedback but never did. I called on Tuesday, he was on lunch a D called me back later only to repeat that he couldn't get hold of my husband on the phone, he will keep trying. This has been happening since Tuesday. Today he calls to tell me again that he has been calling my husband and there's no answer which is strange because the phone was with me. He further emphasized that according to his opinion "there is no basis for me to get a protection order. At the very least he can arrange for a warning letter". Do I have to physically hurt first or even worse to have proof so that I can get assistance? I am beyond disappointed by this disservice from MOSHE. Perhaps now would be a good time to take my business elsewhere. Fnb, how can we help you in this case it's fnb, how can we not help you!!!! I'm done!!!
