Disssapoited with FNB homeloans

Am very disappointed with FNB home loans department. It has been 3 weeks since I have requested a Bond certificate for 2021 tax period but to date I have not received it, intial they sent me 2020 which is not what I have asked for, they also referred me to their banking app but there was nothing, spoke to someone today who told me they cannot find my certificate for that period and they are investigating why it is not there. All my bond with FNB they are upto date by they are failing to give me a mere bond certificate. ***.
