DISSPOINTED WITH CALL CENTRE AGENT

I am very disapointed with the attitude of your call agent sana i called in regarding my busniess account as i have been having diffulty viewing all my pre funded cards and ordering new cards as the option on busniess enterprise does not allow me to do that were as the previous banking channel all my cards use to appear the agent said it not possible to order credit cards or view pin numbers but the last 10 years i have been using FNB all my cards use to show both on the app and the online platform i need this issue resolve i have alos reported this to my busniess banker .
