Dissatisfied with ***** Progress and the Safe Return of my Funds

I reported ***** on my bank account beginning of the year 2024, with sufficient particularity. The *****ster had the temerity to even send me an email with boasting himself an IT guru with knowledge of the weakness in IT system of the bank. He even wrote in the email the total amount he syphoned from the account. The bank has all this information. All I got were a few unsatisfactory calls (save for the first one which was full of promises akin to that of a politician on the eve of election). It are not bank charges I complain about, but a substantial amount, which took me sweat and labour... I am extremely worried that the bank treats my case as a proverbial another Tuesday.
