dissatisfied with how Lindiwe Sithole from FNB has been dealing with my queries

on the Second week I received a response on my application for asset finance at FNB from Lindiwe Sithole. Though I am used to working with my business manager at FNB I was referred to Lindiwe Sithole to process my application. It is a norm for me to always ask my business manager and the person who was processing the application for the reasons for refusal and how can I improve so as to be eligible and advance my business. Even on this application after I received the response I did the same and I have been struggling to get the response from Lindiwe Sithole my first attempt was 13 days ago via email which she does not respond to and calls which she does not answer if she does she hangs up like today. I have to mention that I have communicated with my business manager from FNB many times and he has been of great assistance in trying to get hold of Lindiwe as he will always inform me once he managed to get hold of her or not. As a small business owner I ask myself why must there be such a struggle to get hold of the person dealing with your application or FNB treats all small business like this by disregarding their queries and why must their slogan say “How can we help you?” and yet when we ask for help we receive none.
