Dissatisfied with Fnb

I have been a loyal FNB customer for long. I have been ****med and FNB ***** Dept took over. This all happened in Jan. It's been almost 2 months and there's no feedback. I understand that I may not get my money back, but I demand some decency with regard to feedback. Just being courteous is a viirtue I'm disappointed with my bank.
