Dissatisfied with case that I lodged with FNB

Good day I am very dissatisfied with the service that I am receiving from the Bank I have not been given any feedback about the progress of this case it's been over 2 months the sad part I was told I should get correspondence in 7 days no one has corresponded with me,I will lodge a complaint with the complaints department.
