Dissatisfied new customer

They promised me a R1000 if I switch my salary and have 2 debit orders and I did that but even on this day I have not received my R1000 and my debit orders have gone through already. I'm very dissatisfied with their empty promises after I had been with another bank for so long and had to switch everything and even advised my fiancee to switch too.
