DISSATISFIED - *********** Banking Staff

I have settled my Personal Loans with FNB back in July. FNB has noted a cession on one of my personal policy benefits as security for the loans. I have attempted all avenues to get FNB to cancel the collateral cession on my policy benefit with absolute zero success. Wish someone could assist me to take legal action against the most *********** banking company in South Africa.
