Dissatisfied, Disappointed

I logged a complaint literally second week of January, provided all the information possible because of money that disappeared from my account without a trace. Outside of a ridiculous response from their agent via email ****NF* , putting the blame on me the client and yet fail to show me proof of where my money went. 3 times FNB inconveniences me and all those times they choose to not take responsibility, a bank I choose to trust with my money basically treats me as a customer like trash. I ABSOLUTELY would never recommend this bank to anyone at this point because trust you are on your own as a customer. I HATE IT HERE DONT USE THEM
