dissatisfied customer who wants out

im a new customer of FNB. its been a week with them but experience has been so horrible i just cant take it anymre FNB came to my work place 3 weeks ago and i opened an account VIA Aisha who was so helpful and managed to assist me with a smile. she took all my documents and assured me that she will load them and activate my account when she gets to the office. she deffinitely did open my personal and business account but when the cards where delivered, i noticed that the surname was incorrect and was told to go to the branch to fix this i went to the branch and was then told that they can only assist me if i can come with my Marriage certificate and proof of residency. a day leter i went back to the randbusg square with documents required and my details where changed and a new card was then sent to me. it was a hustle activating the account as i was then told of other documents which where missing and i then said that i think having an fnb account is starting to be painful lets rather close the account and i stay with my currect Absa bank a day leter i received a call from head office telling me of the benefits of having an account with FNB. among the benefits, i was also assured that the account i have with them is premier and i will not even require to step into FNB for anything as they will assist via the phone or email. i then decided to stay with them and advised my employer to pay my salary to them but i regret I activated my cards and registered for internet banking. now i was trying to submit my returns with SARS and tried to also update my banking details, so i tried to print my bank statement only to find that i need to go to the bank to activate internet banking. what happened to the service i was promised of not going to the bank for anything on top of it, i receive a call from a consultant who had a nerve to tell me that theres nothing that FNB can do beside me coming to them and when i said i gues, i dont need this service then she tells me that i still need to come to the bank to fetch the money which is in the account. what a nerve this lady has so FNB if this is how your treat your newly customers, i worry about existing ones
