Dissatisfied customer

FNB private banking has now become the pits. I simply put in a notice to withdraw funds from my 32 days savings. My banker Phuti Thage confirmed that the money would reflect in my account by the 09th of September, today is the 10th and still nothing. I still have to chase after him about the transaction and when I get ahold of him all he can say is thay he doesn’t know what the problem is and keeps sending me from pillar to post with no sense of accountability. Whats the point of having a banker or even banking with FNB as a matter of fact?
