Dissatisfied customer

I was rewarded a 1000 superbalist shoe voucher, the next day when I logged in the fnb app it had vanished ,I tried reaching out to fnb they told me to call ebucks , I really don't have the time to be transferred from one pillar to post,if you guys can really assist me on this matter I would really appreciate.
