Dissatisfied customer

I was so excited to be offered a premium account considering the benefits that comes with it ,only to find out I was dreaming! App**** for a device Samsung S25 FE on the app only to be rejected and given a sim card option I mean I have a wifi what will I do with a data sim ,I just want to downgrade because il be paying for something that will not even benefit me any how .can someone assist me closing the premium IL remain with my easy debit because why would I pay a whole 274 for?
