Dissatisfied customer

My last money has been paid from my bank account to "Mac and things", what is that and who authorized it to take my money,?? I feel like my account is no longer secured, how can I can't lose my money for something I don't have a knowledge of, or maybe it's now time to change a bank,? I lost a lot of money, and my account is on minus, meaning any amount of money paid to my account it will go straight to that mac and things and your phone calls are not going through
