Dissatisfied client

I took out a personal loan last year. To date no payment has been missed. Yet the status on my app states "personal loan in arrears" . Secondly no payment has been missed yet my balance is not reducing. The prime lending rate has decreased twice already and my installments are still exactly the same. The agreed debit date is 25 yet you guys are always debitting or attempting on the 24. Lastly my temp loan facility has been blocked for months now, kindly advise what the reason for that is & activate it. I am a big fan of your bank & loyal client, but you guys are slacking & i am seriously considering moving my accounts. Kindly correct your error and correctly update my credit record on credit bureau.
