Dissatisfied

I have never experienced such disappointing service from any other bank like the way FNB disappoints. Sadly, they could not resolve my issue and could not even compensate me for an error that was on their end. There was a young lady who emailed me regarding my query but its been weeks since I have heard from her. Like really, what are you guys doing?
