Dissatisfaction and disappointed

I have a personal loan that i remember selecting the 1st as my payment date, this loan debits before the agreed date and debit money that its meant for other things, i have sent an email, filled in the call me back form, went to the bank and i called till i ran out of airtime and i am not receiving any help, i really regret taking a loan with them, so disappointed.
