Dissatisfaction

On the 26th of July I tried widrawing my money at absa Bank but I did not get cash from the atm, it was going to reverse automatically. I waited for 2days I still did not receive the message then I went to the nearest fnb branch to lodge my complaint they said I will receive the message in 24hrs. I got the reversal message on the 28th of July, today it is the 4th of August almost a week my money has not reflected on my account. I then called the bank but as I was referred to the service desk they weren't picking up the phone for 5minutes.I then again went to the fnb branch on the 4th of August they told me I will receive my money in 24hrs, already 24hrs has passed still no money...... What am I supposed to do? am a student how am I supposed to survive with all my money gone I'm beyond the word angry.
