Dissappointed in Eazy Zero/ E-Wallet service

Since the launch of Easy Zero, the former e-wallet (cardless service) has become impossible to utilise. I was stuck yesterday and needed to put in petrol and had mistakenly left my wallet at home. Someone sent me money via e-wallet (Easy zero) which I was not able to withdraw, as I had consistent error messages at the ATM. I was stuck for hours...This is supposed to be a convenient service but I must express my utter dissappointment!!!! I am very upset at this point! I dont know why a new version of this was launched if it was not ready to operate properly! Its a nightmare! Dissappointed in FNB!
