Dissappointed Customer

I have been banking with FNB for more than 10 years. This month my employer delayed paying my salary and my Municipality stop order went through and was charged 400 rands for insufficient funds. This is day light *******. When they say valued customer remember it means they use you to Make abnormal profits. Dissappointed customer, if these are normal charges then we should consider put our money under the pillow.
