DISSAPPOINTED

How I hate to say that FNB is ****. agent on the call treated me like a damn ass. I spoke to the agent name Khanyi Jacobs, she did not every try to help me with my paid up letter. I asked her to send me to the service rate, she manipulated the call transferring to a wrong extension so I don't rate the service , not once but twice on different calls. I HAVE BEEN CALLING AND CALLING REQUESTIING A PAID UP LETTER, EVEN NOW I'M STILL WAITING. The payment has reflected, account paid-up and I'm struggling to get a paid up letter. Yoh FNB
