dissappointed

<p>I am extremely disappointed in fnb, last month I took a short term loan and unfortunately due unforeseen circumstances this month was only paid less than half my salary to which fnb took all. I do not have a cent to buy food for my family or petrol for work. I called fnb yesterday in absolute desperation and asked if they could please refund that money and rather take it off the next month as I know I am able to afford it then I would even pay a penalty and interest to which I am told this can not be done. I am desperate for that money as its the only money I had to try live on and fnb were not interested. This has proven that fnb do not care about a clients well being, that we are actually nothing to them, I try and explain how I desperately need the money and they were not interested. What is one month of a delayed payment compared to a family of 3 that were depending on that money to see them through. There is so much struggling and poverty in this country and I am highly amazed and disgusted that fnb just do not care. All I'm asking is for one extra month, one month! And fnb can't even give me that. I do understand all the terms but as I said it was unforseen circumstances and I didn't expect fnb to have such a no care attitude. I really need that money back </p> <p> </p>
