Dissapointment

Use to be an advocate for FNB as they had the best service, but of late the complete incompetance has driven me to look at other banks. Firstly they tell me my account has to be downgraded due to debt review, then they still charge me the same bank fees after not being able to get the same benefits. Ridiculously deducting R115 for a debit order not going through and the assistance has be completely non-existant. Home loan gets deducted even after the debit order has said to be canceld, refund process takes weeks and then you fall behind again. 100% will be moving to another bank would not recomend them to anyone. Be advised.
