DISSAPOINTMENT

I have been banking with FNB for YEARS, and i was more than happy with them, the only reason I moved from FNB to Nedbank was for my salary. I had credit cards with FNB, my Home Loan is with FNB. I had no other choice but to look into debt review companies and after taking up the services of DC Experts, and after my first installment with DC Experts was paid they advised me that FNB rejected the proposed installment amount they would receive on my bond and they wanted it increased by R2400.00. Even after motivation that I would not be able to afford the increased amount, they rejected it. ANYWAY, I would just like to thank FNB for "caring" so much about your clients/customers whatever you want to call us. I sincerely hope you are more considerate and compassionate towards staff and family who struggle financially. Dissapointment, I may only be one out of your millions of customers but i would definitely never again reccomend anyone to FNB and I would definitely never deal with FNB ever again.
