Dissapointing service

Fnb.... Fnb..... When you drop the ball you really drop it. It real defeats the purpose to have app and online service if you can't even get opening a bank account right. Opened a bank account for my kid, card delivered and I missed a point where they said her ID should be certified, certified her ID, sent documents so that card can be activated to Fnbkyc, IKCLOW many a times but for some reason nobody ever receives them.

All I get is smses and emails requesting me to send them... Can someone please send me an email address which is attended so that this can be sorted out Please........
