Dissapointing FNB

Pathetic service once again.Been banking with fnb for more than 20 years.Two invesment account,car finance and check account later i realised there is no loyalty,enough is enough.i app**** to swop home loan from standard bank to fnb ,the process is so slow with basicly no assistance from anyone...i had to do all the research and forms on my own.Everything was approved its now sitting with attorneys....what a process.Now the attorneys tell me the amount is less than what standard bank wants ....this is nonsense as i was pre approved for 1.7 mill.Now they need to go back to the bank.Couldnt the consultant pick this up with the six month statement i provided from standard bank??Dont bother responding fnb ,my accounts will be moving across.Your marketing strategy is not transparent at all.Trying to confuse concumers with jargon.
