Dissapointing customer service

I switched my homeload from SB to SA homeloans in November 2023. The debit is still reflecting on my FNB commitments lists even though the debit was cancelled by SB and credit Bereau was alerted. FNB is refusing to remove it and this is affecting my affordability status.
