Dissapointing Customer Service

I went to acquire bank statements this morning and kindly requested the lady who assisted me to make copies of 2 documents for me. Being a platinum cheque account I thought that it would be a mere formality and that my request will be handled effectively without any fuss. However, to my digust the lady who was assisting me promptly told me no the branch does not action such requests. Needless to say I just left it there and realised that your slogan \How can we help you"is far from the truth. <br> <br> Regards"
