dissapointing

ive been a loyal customer for a few years. took out few emergency cash loans paid it on time, even tooked out a personal loan, paid it each month on time for 6 months. so i decided i want to take out a debt colidation loan as all my accounts aint more than 30000, bit fnb tirned their back on me. so i tried with african wich i aint even a customer and there it was they approved me . disapointed in fnb.
