Dissapointed with unauthorized debit order once again. No empathy for customers simply trying to make ends meet

Can FNB please assist once again with the reversal of an unauthorized debit order for an amount of R 2719.92 on 26 October 2018. I have made arrangements to settle my outstanding personal loan for R 500 per month through Unilaw. Yet FNB has debited my account for R 2719.92. As previously advised the R 500 is the only amount I can afford at this stage. I have a single income household, rent, groceries, school fees, transport, needs to be paid and my salary cannot accomodate a debit order of R 2 719.92 per month. The R 500 payment is made to Unilasweach month by the 31st of the month

Please urgently assist.

When I am in a financial position to pay more to settle this loan, I will. At this point in time I simply cannot and I feel that FNB is treating me unfairly as I am working towards settling my debt with them. i am very dissapointed in the way this is being handled as the very same thing happened last month. Payment was made through Unilaw and my account was in addition debited again. No empathy
