Dissapointed with credit card secure chat

The worst experience I received from the credit card section ,spoke to Janine and she was didn't even answer my question ,I wanted to know wen will my delivery be at the branch do that I can plan my meetings correctly ,she was asking me delivery address but I already told her I will go collect it at the branch of my choice Chris Hani all I needed her was to give me dates or to say that the branch will let me know when it has arrived she closed the chat before I could even ask after that I was placed from one agent to another having to explain same story over and over again
